Hall Rental
The Smith-Wever Post #651 Hall may be rented for a variety of parties and occasions. A deposit of $100.00 is required at the time that the reservation is made for your event. A separate check of $100.00 must be submitted at the time of your booking as a clean-up deposit. You may check our website calendar for available dates for your event. Please open and print an application, (available below) with the Print Application link. The $250.00 balance for your rental must be paid no later than 10 days prior to your event. The clean-up deposit will be returned upon satisfactory clean-up and inspection following your event. Further details are included in the application print-out. Rental Requirements:
- Confetti and helium filled balloons are not permitted.
- No Confetti is to be used in the rental
- DO NOT No tape on walls or ceiling. No thumb tacks. Push pins on walls only.
- Do not use the blinds to hang decorations.
- No Smoking inside the rental.
- Garbage should be placed neatly in plastic bags in garbage cans. Plastic and glass bottles and cans should be placed in WRAP can provided.
- ALL TRASH, BOXES ETC. MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES!
- It is expected that the premises should be left after your function as it was before your function. (Kitchen and bathrooms should be left neat)
Hall Rental Cost: $500.00
Booking Deposit : $100.00 (required at time booking)
Clean-Up Deposit: $100.00 (returnable upon satisfactory rental inspection)
THE RENTAL IS TO BE USED DURING THE TIMES AGREED UPON IN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. YOU ARE RENTING OUR HOME, TREAT IT WITH RESPECT.
